r <br />Q 12:9 <br />Section V - Compensation <br />BOOK .76 [AU 44 <br />The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the ENGINEER agrees to accept <br />for services rendered pursuant to this agreement, fees in <br />accordance with the following: <br />Costs for the proposed engineering and alignment adjustment <br />shall be a lump sum fee of $2,456.80. This fee is based on <br />estimated engineering and drafting hours. This fee will be <br />payable upon completion of the services and in accordance with <br />the MASTER Contract. <br />Section VI - Additional Work <br />In the event additional changes are requested by the COUNTY <br />or extra work is imposed on the COUNTY by the demands of certain <br />regulatory agencies after the approval by the COUNTY of this <br />agreement, and upon the issuance of a subsequent work order by <br />the Director of Public Works Department, said extra work may <br />commence in accordance with the fee schedule in Section VI of <br />the MASTER Contract. <br />Section VII - Partial Payments <br />Due to the short-term nature of the work, only one payment <br />will be made according to the conditions stated in Section V. <br />Section VIII - Extra Work <br />See Section VI <br />Section IX - All conditions set forth in the MASTER Contract <br />shall control unless otherwise specified in this WORK ORDER. <br />This WORK ORDER, regardless of where executed, shall be <br />governed by and construed according to the laws of the State of <br />Florida. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed these <br />presents this 7th day of February 1989. <br />GLACE & RADCLIFFE, INC. <br />P.O.
