Brennan - Assistant County Attorney <br />DATE: February 1, 1989 <br />SUBJECT: Proposed Agreement with Department of Natural <br />Resources to Vacate Deed Restrictions at Sebastian <br />Inlet <br />The Department of Natural Resources has sent us the attached <br />proposed Agreement concerning the property at Sebastian <br />Inlet. The Agreement provides that: <br />1. The County will remove all deed restrictions on the <br />property within sixty days. <br />2. DNR will seek full appropriation from the Legislature of <br />all entrance fees to go toward the maintenance and <br />improvement of the Sebastian Inlet Park. <br />3. DNR will work with the County's Legislative Delegation <br />to seek funding for the Sebastian Inlet Park. <br />This office has worked with Randy Lewis of DNR to come up <br />with an equitable and workable agreement. Staff <br />recommendation is for approval of this Agreement. <br />62 <br />
