RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends to the Board, that the petition be denied as all <br />of the platted thirty (30) foot utility and drainage easement will <br />be needed for future drainage improvements for this subdivision <br />and surrounding properties. <br />Commissioner Bird wondered if there was anyone here who <br />wished to speak on this matter. Included <br />in the proposal was a recommendation that the County reduce the <br />level of funding from tax generated revenues for EMS service by <br />engaging in third party billing.
