The cost over the next five years would <br />be $300,000± including hardware and software. <br />The AS400 is the' same <br />of Elections and Sheriff's <br />and it is the only machine <br />make it possible to access <br />in the courthouse. <br />type of computer that the Supervisor <br />jail operations are currently operating <br />compatable with the IBM 38. Nolte <br />Property Appraiser <br />f <br />After lengthy, highly technical discussion regarding the <br />need, advantages, and abilities of the IBM AS400 computer, <br />Commissioner Scurlock wanted to postpone the matter for one week <br />so that he could look into this more thoroughly. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously tabled <br />this item for one week. <br />66 <br />
