Chairman Wheeler pointed out that <br />the Board never has officially adopted Robert's Rules of Order <br />and it has been the policy that the Chairman runs the meeting. <br />If the Board wishes to adopt them, he will comply with whatever <br />the majority wishes. <br />CHAIRMAN WHEELER CALLED FOR A VOTE of those in favorr of <br />the Motion to vote on the question. The vote was 4 to 1 in <br />favor, Chairman Wheeler dissenting. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION on the Motion to <br />approve Sea Oaks landscaping plan contingent on their <br />increasing the size of the plants in- the low areas to <br />3-4' over ground level, condentrat.ing on eugenia. <br />The Motion carried 4 to 1 with Chairman Wheeler voting <br />in opposition. <br />Vice Chairman Eggert left the meeting at 11:55 o'clock A.M. <br />as she had a speaking engagement. <br />46 <br />
