This transfer is <br />necessary to cover the increase in the Regional- Crime Lab Agreement. Attached is <br />a copy of the letter frj m Daniel C. Nippes, Chief Criminalist, which outlines the <br />necessity for the adjustment to the Crime. Lab. costs.
