A. Minutes of Regular Meeting of 2/14/89 <br />The Chairman asked if there were any additions or correc- <br />tions to the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of February 14, 1989. <br />There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bird, Commissioner Scurlock being absent, <br />the Board unanimously (4-0) approved the Minutes of <br />the Regular Meeting of February 14, 1989, as written. <br />B. Minutes of Special Meeting of 2/16/89 <br />The Chairman asked if there were any additions or correc- <br />tions to the Minutes of the Special Meeting of February 16, 1989. <br />There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bird, Commissioner Scurlock being absent, <br />the Board unanimously (4-0) approved the Minutes of <br />the Special Meeting of February 16, 1989, as written. <br />C.
