"SONNY" DEAN, DIRECTO <br />DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BID NUMBER 89-46 <br />CHAIN LINK FENCE INSTALLATION FOR <br />WASHINGTON PARK FELLSMERE <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Bids were received Wednesday, February 15, 1989 for Indian River <br />County Bid Number 89-46, Chain Link Fence for the Public Works <br />Department. Five (5) invitations were sent out, one (1) was <br />received. <br />ANALYSIS: <br />The single bid was submitted by Adron Fence, Okeechobee, Florida <br />in the amount of $4,314.57. <br />FUNDING: <br />There is $4,000.00 budgeted in Account #004-108-572-066.39 for <br />this project. Staff recommends transfer of $-3-1-4,57 from the <br />Operating funds to accommodate the deficit. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />-N309, 1( <br />Staff recommends the award of a fixed contract for $4 to <br />the single bidder Adron Fence. <br />8 <br />
