MEETING 3/7/89 <br />PURCHASE OF BREEZY VILLAGE UTILITY <br />SYSTEM BY INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />In connection with the purchase of the Breezy Village <br />Utility System, the County obligated itself to enter into a <br />recordable memorandum relating to the right of the seller to <br />re -purchase Lot "C," if the land becomes surplus to the <br />Utilities System. <br />Request permission for the Chairman to execute the attached <br />memorandum. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bird, the Board unanimously (4-0) authorized <br />the Chairman to execute the Memorandum of Agreement <br />COPY OF SAID MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF <br />CLERK TO THE BOARD. <br />F.
