Cox,15)3C <br />Traffic Engineering Manager <br />SUBJECT: Request to Close Forest Cay Street for <br />Annual Spring Block Party <br />DATE: March 9, 1989 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Residents of Vista Royale's Forest Park Subdivision have <br />requested to close Forest Cay Street from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM on <br />Friday, April 7, 1989 for the Forest Park Owner's Association <br />Annual Spring Block Party. The rain date is Friday, April 14. <br />-Staff has no objection to this request, provided that: <br />1) Proper barricades as permitted by the Traffic Engineering <br />Division are installed. <br />'.2) A block representative be designated as a contact person in <br />+'' charge of the event in case the road needs to be opened. <br />;:-3) Access to emergency vehicles be maintained. <br />32 <br />
