He just got <br />it yesterday afternoon, and in view of the fact that there are <br />significant questions, he, therefore, would prefer to bring it <br />back next week with a time element. <br />MOTION MADE by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bowman, to table action on the above matter <br />for one week, was voted on and carried unanimously. <br />Director Pinto pointed out that it is imperative to get this <br />over to the City because a portion of it is directly related to <br />the City's needs. <br />Commissioner Eggert reiterated that she understands the <br />whole thing; she just does not feel what was discussed last week <br />has appeared in the document presented today. <br />APPOINTMENTS TO CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD (Tabled from Previous <br />Meeting <br />County Attorney Vitunac informed the Board that after the <br />discussion about these appointments last week, he had Board <br />Secretary Jan Masi research the history of these appointments, <br />and it was unusual. When the first appointments were made, there <br />were only 4 members of the Board of County Commissioners. <br />Commissioner Fletcher had resigned about that time, and Commis- <br />sioner Bowman had not yet been appointed.
