Tuesday, March 28, 1989 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission <br />Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, <br />March 28, 1989, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. Present were Carolyn K. <br />Eggert, Vice Chairman; Richard N. Bird; Margaret C. Bowman; and <br />Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Chairman Gary Wheeler was out of state on <br />personal business. Also present were James E. Chandler, County <br />Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, Attorney to the Board of <br />County Commissioners; and Barbara Bonnah, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Vice Chairman called the meeting to order, and <br />Commissioner Bowman led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA/EMERGENCY ITEMS <br />Administrator Chandler requested the addition of a brief <br />report on the current ALS situation in Fellsmere. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Chairman Wheeler being absent) added the above item to <br />today's Agenda. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />A.
