North County Community. Library - Construction Grant Agreement <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 3110/89: <br />TO: James Chandler <br />County Administrator <br />Thru: H.T. "Sonny" Dean <br />General Services <br />for <br />DATE: March 10, 1989 FILE: <br />Consent Agenda <br />SUBJECT: North County Community Library <br />Construction Grant Agreement <br />nn Williams, REFERENCES: <br />roject Manager <br />North County Community Library <br />Description and Conditions: <br />Indian River County has completed the application and review <br />process for the above reference Grant between the State of <br />Florida Division of Library and Information Services and Indian <br />River County. The attached agreement represents $200,000.00 in <br />state matching funds for construction of the North County <br />Community Library. <br />Alternatives and Analysis: <br />This agreement requires the signature of the Chairman of the <br />Board of County Commissioners on two original copies to be <br />returned to the state for finalization. The effective date will <br />be entered upon signature by the state. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends that authorization be granted for the Chairman <br />to sign the' North County Community Library Construction Grant <br />Agreement. <br />
