They have <br />been having difficulty recruiting volunteers, and there is a <br />limit to what one person can do in terms of pulling shifts in two <br />different locations. <br />Director Wright advised that the Board of Directors of the <br />Fellsmere Volunteer Ambulance Service voted last night to table <br />action on acceptance of Chief Cavanaugh's resignation, and <br />appointed a committee of 3 people to work with County officials <br />to try and resolve the issues which led to her decision to quit <br />and to see where the squad is going. He advised that he would be <br />coming back to the County Commission in 3-4 weeks with a <br />recommendation on where the FVAS should go from here. <br />Vice Chairman Eggert hoped he would be back sometime closer <br />to two weeks. <br />FINAL ASSESSMENT FOR PAVING OF 33RD AVENUE FROM 11TH ST. Assessments are to be paid <br />within 90 days or in two equal installments, the first to be made <br />twelve months from the due date and the second to be made <br />twenty-four months from the due date at an interest rate of 12% <br />established by the Board of County Commissioners.
