WAR c' <br />The unfunded portion of the cost <br />issue, which also requires a <br />established. <br />The $9,300 for the attached study will <br />from Utilities sewer revenue. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />BOOK <br />76 PALE 4J <br />will have to be funded by a bond <br />cost recovery mechanism to be <br />be paid on an interim basis <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends that <br />the Board of County Commissioners approve the attached scope of <br />service and the signing of the forthcoming Work Authorization. <br />Commissioner Scurlock asked what staff CDM would be <br />committing to this particular project, and Utilities Director <br />Terry Pinto knew that the manager of the project would be Larry <br />Adams, but did not know just at this moment who would be doing <br />the detail work here on site. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Chairman Wheeler being absent) approved the scope of <br />service and the signing of the forthcoming Work <br />Authorization, as recommended by staff. <br />Vice Chairman Eggert noted that she had talked to Director <br />Pinto yesterday about having this scope of services better <br />prepared than the one that was done on solid waste . <br />Director Pinto hoped that the Board would follow this very <br />carefully from the beginning so that they will understand it when <br />we get to the end. He emphasized that the sludge study is just <br />as comprehensive as the solid waste study, and that we have a <br />long way to go. <br />COPY OF SCOPE OF WORK IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO <br />THE BOARD.
