Minutes of Regular Meeting of March 21. 1989 <br />The Chairman asked if there were any additions or <br />corrections to the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of March 21, <br />1989. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously approved the <br />Minutes of the Regular Meeting of March 21, 1989, as <br />written. <br />B. Reports <br />The following reports were received and placed on file in <br />the Office of Clerk to the Board: <br />Report of Convictions, Month of February, 1989 <br />Combined Financial Statements and Auditor's Reports, <br />Delta Farms Water Control District, <br />ending September 30, 1988. <br />C. Approval of Appointment of Deputies by Sheriff Dobeck <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously approved the <br />reappointment of 187 Deputies by Sheriff Dobeck (names <br />of whom are on file in the Office of Clerk to the <br />Board) and approved the appointment of 3 new Deputies, <br />as follows: <br />Robert W.
