Eggert, ChairmanCle- <br />Public Library Advisory Board <br />DATE: April 12, 1989 <br />SUBJECT: Indian River County Main Library <br />The firm of Dow, Howell, Gilmore Associates, Inc. has <br />presented a floor plan and architectural drawings and model to <br />the Public Library Advisory Board (PLAB). PLAB has recommended <br />their approval to the Board of County Commissioners. <br />Recommendation: <br />The floor plan and architecture for the Indian <br />River County Main Library be approved so that <br />we can file for the state grant and go forward <br />with the plan approval and specifications. <br />Jim Howell of Dow, Howell, Gilmore Associates informed the <br />Board that they would be discussing both the site plan and floor <br />plans and introduced Mark Ugowski to make the presentation. <br />Mr. Ugowski advised that he would first address the proposed <br />site plan, which is as follows: <br />11 <br />.APR 18 1989 <br />l� �a r�u6O6 <br />
