Pr" <br />APR 1 8 1989 <br />EOOK 76 PAGE 599 <br />3 County Attorney: The County Attorney's office has reviewed <br />and approved the submitted contract for construction of <br />Required Improvements, the Warranty Maintenance Agreement, <br />and the Performance Bond which guarantees the contract and <br />maintenance agreement. <br />All applicable requirements regarding final plat approval have <br />been satisfied. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners grant <br />final plat approval to Whispering Pines Subdivision, authorize the <br />Chairman to execute the submitted Contract for Construction of <br />Required Improvements, and accept the Warranty Maintenance <br />Agreement and the Performance Bond which guarantees the contract <br />and maintenance agreement. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bowman, the Board unanimously granted Final <br />Plat Approval to Whispering Pines Subdivision, author- <br />ized the Chairman to execute the Contract for Con- <br />struction of Required Improvements, and accepted the <br />Warranty Maintenance Agreement and Performance Bond. <br />4. <br />COPIES OF SAID DOCUMENTS ARE ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF CLERK TO <br />THE BOARD. <br />J.
