Davis, P.E. <br />Dated April 4, 1989 <br />April 5, 1989 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Masteller & Moler. Associates on behalf of the developers of <br />Laurel Oaks Subdivision is requesting a waiver of the cut and <br />fill balance requirement of Section 7B(1) of Stormwater and Flood <br />Protection Ordinance 87-12. Laurel Oaks Subdivision received <br />preliminary plat approval on January 26, 1989. The 20 acre <br />property is located on the North side of Eight Street adjacent to <br />the West property line of Glendale Elementary School. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />Recent major revisions to the Federal Emergency Management Agency <br />Flood Insurance Rate Maps have resulted in the site being located <br />in a large area of the 100 Year Floodplain. On the previous map <br />revision in use since 1982 the site was not included in the 100 <br />55 <br />APR 181989 <br />toor 76 P.,Gu. D4111 <br />
