Davis, P.E. <br />Public Works Director <br />SUBJECT: Florida Boating Improvement Program <br />Development Project Agreement - Sebastian <br />Main Street Boat Dock Replacement <br />REFERENCE LETTER: Linda Reeves, Project Manager, Florida D.N.R. <br />to Ralph Brescia dated March 28, 1989 <br />DATE: April 10, 1989 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />On July 12, 1988, the Board of County Commissioners approved <br />Resolution 88-43 authorizing staff to apply to the Department of <br />Natural Resources for F.B.I.P. funds in the amount of $4,705.92 <br />to replace the City of Sebastian Main Street Boat Docks. This <br />project funding was requested by the City of Sebastian on May 5, <br />1988, and approved by the Parks and Recreation Committee and <br />Board of County Commissioners. <br />At this time, the Department of Natural Resources has transmitted <br />a Project Agreement to the County for Execution by the Chairman. <br />RECOMMENDATION AND FUNDING <br />It is recommended that the Chairman be authorized to execute the <br />Project Agreement. Approximately $140,000. is the F.B.I.P. fund <br />balance. 56 <br />
