APR 2 51999 <br />BOOK 76 PAGE 696 <br />Stan Boling, Chief of Current Development, advised that <br />because the applicants, who own all of those lots, want to <br />develop it as one parcel, staff is recommending the addition of a <br />second condition to the approval of the abandonment: <br />2. Prior to the Chairman signing the Resolution abandoning <br />the right-of-way, the applicant shall file a unity of <br />title that is acceptable to the County Attorney's <br />Office, that unifies all properties lying south and east <br />of CR -510 in Blocks 9 and 10 of the Weona Park <br />Subdivision that are under the control of the applicant. <br />Commissioner Bowman asked what would happen if someone <br />wanted to put in a development along Sunrise Avenue, and Mr. <br />Boling explained that this plat actually gives half the <br />right-of-way for Sunrise Avenue. <br />Chairman Wheeler opened the Public Hearing, and asked if <br />anyone wished to be heard in this matter. There being none, he <br />closed the Public Hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously approved <br />staff's recommendation and adopted Resolution 89-39, <br />providing for the closing, abandonment, and vacation of <br />85th Place (Poinsettia Boulevard) between CR -510 and <br />46th Avenue. <br />RESOLUTION 89-39 WILL BE PLACED ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE <br />CLERK TO THE BOARD WHEN FULLY EXECUTED AND RECEIVED �� <br />26 <br />
