The applications on the system that are Board <br />applications are the Building Department, Utilities, Probation, <br />Fleet Management, Budget Office, Purchasing, Welfare, and <br />Landfill. If he took everyone of those applications off the <br />system, they represent only 190 of the dedication, and he still <br />has a problem. <br />Commissioner Bird asked if the Clerk hadn't explained that <br />he really couldn't take these applications off completely cause <br />of the responsibility the Clerk's Office has, and Mr. Barton <br />confirmed that a certain portion of all of these still would <br />remain because of the accounting part of it. <br />Commissioner Scurlock noted that 910 of the total ability is <br />already consumed, and if you took Landfill and Utilities off, it <br />would amount to something less than 5% because you still have to <br />MAY13 <br />BOOK I PAVE <br />�� <br />
