No specific price has been named, but <br />from what has been said, he would draw the conclusion that <br />Hoffman is talking about $70,000 an acre. Davis, P.E. <br />Public Works Director <br />SUBJECT: Request by Pebble Beach Villas Condominium Association <br />to Acquire a Easement or to Purchase the South 3' of <br />the County's Property between SR AIA and the Tracking <br />Station Park Site <br />REF. LETTER: John C. -McDonald to Jim Chandler dated 3-10-89 <br />DATE: April 20, 1989 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Due to the close proximity of the Pebble Beach Villas Condominium <br />parking lot to the south property line of the county owned <br />property located between SR AIA and the Tracking Station Park <br />(map attached), the Pebble Beach Villas Property Owners <br />Association is requesting that the County sell or grant an <br />easement to the Association for the south 3' of the county <br />property, which at this time is planned.for future park use. The <br />size of the county's property in this area is approximately 320' <br />(north/south) by 710' (east/west). Along -the south property line <br />of the county property, the property is 654.26' in depth. The 3' <br />area being requested contains approximately 1,963 s.f. or .045 <br />acres. In Sept. 1987, the County had the property appraised at <br />$90,000 per acre, which would value the 3' x 654' strip at <br />$4,056. <br />48 <br />a <br />
