� � r <br />for water and $1,250 per ERU for sewer, or such higher <br />fee(s) as the COUNTY may establish from time to time --both <br />of which shall be paid at the time of sale or resale of <br />existing units within the Village Green Mobile Home Park <br />(PARK). Any structures that are connected that are not a <br />residence shall be charged an impact fee in accordance with <br />the COUNTY Rate Structure and paid upon connection to the <br />COUNTY Utility System. If the PARK is expanded, any new <br />residences will be paid immediately upon connection. At <br />twelve years from the date of this agreement, -WILDER shall <br />pay to the COUNTY the then -current impact fees for sewer for <br />all units within the PARK for which such impact fees have <br />not yet been paid. There shall be no time limit on the <br />payment of water ERUs. <br />4. Water will be furnished and billed through a master <br />meter of size to be determined to meet hydraulic <br />requirements, installed to COUNTY!s specifications, by <br />WILDER. An individual water meter shall be installed by <br />WILDER at each unit in Village Green as the units are sold <br />and the impact fees are paid. WILDER agrees that within 12 <br />years from the date of this agreement, all units shall be <br />individually metered for water. At the time all units are <br />individually metered for water and the lost and unaccounted- <br />for water is equal to five percent or less of the water <br />being metered through the master meter, the COUNTY will take <br />over the operation and ownership of the internal <br />distribution system for water and WILDER will execute <br />appropriate Bills of Sale or other documents as are required <br />to acknowledge that fact. <br />5. At any time that the maximum infiltration rate into <br />the wastewater collection system can be determined to be ten <br />percent or less, the COUNTY will take over operation and <br />37 <br />' ly' 19 Boor. 76 111,31 K'j <br />
