Decker, Jr. REFERENCES: <br />Executive Director <br />IRC Housing Authority <br />140 <br />. p ;a•.�v..•t <br />n- It is recommended that the data presented be given formal consideration <br />X,:- �: by the County Commission. <br />The Department of Housing and Urban Development has forwarded five (5) <br />copies of the Annual Contributions Contract (ACC) which have been amended to <br />include Project 006 to the existing Housing Voucher Program. <br />The documentation required by HUD for their final approval and execution <br />of the contracts is submitted for consideration and approval of the Board of <br />County Commissioners. <br />(1) Five (5) copies of ACC Part I Number A3409V of the Annual Contri- <br />butions Contract for the Housing Voucher Program. Original signa- <br />tures are required on all copies of the Contract and no change in <br />its format is permitted. <br />We respectfully request the County Commission to authorize its Chairman to <br />execute these Contracts for transmittal to the Jacksonville office of HUD. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously 4-0 <br />approved the ACC Part I Number A -3409-V of the <br />Annual Contributions Contract for the Section 8 <br />Program, and authorized the Chairman's signature. <br />COPY OF PARTIALLY SIGNED CONTRACT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE <br />CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />4 <br />
