Commissioner Scurlock wondered if there would be any problem <br />with others saying Ag Evaluations is getting preferential <br />treatment, but Mr. Lang could not speak to that. <br />Commissioner Bird felt we should put in the 90 day clause, <br />and believed Ag Evaluation will go along with that. On 90 days' <br />notice you can always pull up the chain link fence, and it has <br />some salvage value. <br />Commissioner Scurlock noted that he is mainly concerned <br />about any limitation over 90 days. <br />Commissioner Bird wished to know when we are going to start <br />using this sod farm for effluent disposal. <br />Mr. Lang reported that St. John's is out there today <br />plugging two artesian wells. They have the gravity line in place <br />to put effluent out there; the irrigation equipment is on site; <br />and he hoped to be able to start using it Monday.
