Wiegers <br />Staff Planner, Current Development <br />Chief, Current <br />DATE: May 4, 1989 <br />SUBJECT: FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR THE REPLAT OF TRACT 4 SEA OAK'S <br />RIVER HOMES IIIA PRD SUBDIVISION <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of May 16, 1989. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The replat of Tract 4 River Homes IIIA PRD <br />subdivision of a previously platted tract <br />interior of the Sea Oaks West project. <br />RM -6, (Multi -Family Residential, up to 6 <br />use designation of LD -2, (Low Density <br />units/acre) . <br />Subdivision is an 8 lot <br />of land located in the <br />The current zoning is <br />units/acre) with a land <br />Residential, up to 6 <br />With this application the developer is proposing to replat Tract 4 <br />of the final PRD plat that was approved by the Board of County <br />Commissioners at its regular meeting of February 23, 1988. During <br />the preliminary PRD stage Tract 4 was designated a future eight <br />(8) lot multi -family area within -the overall Sea Oaks community. <br />The proposed replat is in conformance with the approved conceptual <br />and preliminary PRD plans and does not result in any modifications <br />beyond what has been previously approved. <br />The owner, Sea Oaks Communities, Inc., is now requesting final <br />plat approval and has submitted: <br />1. a final plat in conformance with the approved preliminary <br />plat, and approved conceptual PRD plan. <br />ANALYSIS: <br />All required improvements have been constructed and have been <br />inspected and approved by Public Works and Utilities Departments. <br />All requirements for final plat approval have been satisfied. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners grant <br />final plat approval to the Replat of Tract 4 Sea Oaks River Homes <br />IIIA PRD Subdivision. <br />8 <br />
