DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: This is a request by John and Joan Cain to rezone property from RS -3, Single -Family Residential District (3 units per acre) to A-1, Agricultural District (1 unit per 5 acres). The property is located approximately 110 feet east of 66th Avenue and 1000 feet north of 77th Street (Hobart Road). The subject property contains approximately 7.60 acres.
