SUN 6 1989. <br />BOOK 76 FCE 992 <br />Administrator Chandler advised that at this point staff is <br />not prepared to make a recommendation as there is a question of <br />actual ownership right up to the sea wall that needs to be <br />resolved. Likewise, we need to take a look at exactly what is <br />being proposed by the Environmental Learning Center. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously authorized <br />staff to meet with the appropriate people and come back <br />with a recommendation in two weeks. <br />Commissioner Bird was all in favor of cooperating with the <br />Environmental Learning Center, but wanted the fisherman to be <br />allowed to continue to fish from the bulkhead because they can <br />get their lines out into the deep water from there. <br />Commissioner Bowman, speaking for the Audubon Society! <br />Environmental Learning Center, felt they would have no objection <br />to having fisherman use the bulkhead. <br />Commissioner Eggert asked if there would be any commercial <br />aspect to the Learning Center, and Commissioner Bowman stated <br />that there would not. <br />PUBLIC HEARING - CAIN REQUEST TO REZONE 7.60 ACRES FROM <br />RESIDENTIAL TO AGRICULTURAL <br />The hour of 9:05 o'clock A.M. having passed, the Deputy <br />Clerk read the following Notice with Proof of Publication <br />attached, to wit: <br />46 <br />
