1989 <br />BOOK 76 FAGE101.4. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 89-58, setting a' hearing date for the <br />Preliminary Assessment for the project. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89- 57 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY PROVIDING FOR: <br />SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR INSTALLATION OF <br />SWR O LLECT T ON SYSTEM A LONC—TAE—WEST <br />SIDE OF SY AVENU FROM —STREET <br />TO—U.S. #1 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County has determined that the improvements herein <br />described and, to defray the cost thereof and in connection <br />therewith, the special assessments against the properties <br />hereinafter described, all of which relate to Project No. <br />US 88 -08 -CCS, are necessary to promote the public welfare of <br />the county, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The County does hereby determine that a sewer <br />collection system shall be installed along the west side of <br />Sixth Avenue from Eighth Street to U.S. #1, designated on <br />the assessment plat with respec-t to the special assessments, <br />and the cost thereof and in connection therewith shall be <br />specially assessed in accordance with the provisions of <br />§11-42 through §11-47 of the Code of Laws and Ordinances of <br />Indian River County. <br />2. The total estimated cost of the above-described <br />improvements is shown to be $124,830 (or $0.095289676 per <br />square foot) to be paid by the property specially benefited. <br />3. A special assessment in the amount of $0.095289676 <br />per square foot shall be assessed against each of the <br />properties designated on the assessment plat. <br />4. The special assessments shall be due and payable <br />and may be paid in full within 90 days after the date of the <br />68 <br />
