Wheeler, Chairman <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />1840 - 25th St. <br />Vero Beach, FL 32960 <br />Re: Fifth Courtroom <br />Dear Mr. Wheeler: <br />Based on the County Administrator's March 31st projected <br />schedule for construction of A new courthouse it appears that <br />this project is at least 4 1/2 years from completion. Because <br />of this delay we believe that the immediate addition of a new <br />non -jury courtroom with associated judges office and waiting <br />area is an essential need that must be addressed.
