r <br />i UR 2 d 1989 <br />r F^� riE 23�S'' <br />(�il0i F,1� <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve the <br />Assignment of Lease Agreement and authorize the Chairman to execute <br />the legal documents wherein the premises will be occupied and <br />utilized by the Indian River County Advanced Life Support Service <br />for EMS service in the north county area. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Commis - <br />Scurlock, the Board unanimously approved the assignment <br />of lease as described above and authorized the Chairman <br />to execute the appropriate legal documents for utilization <br />of the premises by the EMS ALS Service. <br />SAID ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE AGREEMENT WILL BE PUT ON FILE WHEN FULLY <br />EXECUTED AND RECEIVED. <br />AUTOMATION SYSTEM COUNTY LIBRARY SYSTEM <br />Commissioner Eggert commented that she always wants to go <br />out to bid, but after much discussion with staff, review of the <br />computer study, and talking with the County Attorney, she has <br />been convinced of the worth of staff's recommendation to go with <br />one vendor as a "vendor of choice," and she would like staff to <br />explain just what is unique about this situation. <br />Lynn William s,Project Manager Library Construction, made the <br />staff presentation, as follows: <br />100 <br />r <br />
