FLORIDA <br />and <br />ANTHONY OLIVER <br />REIMBURSEMENTS FOR WATER LINE AS REQUIRED BY <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY. <br />THIS AGREEMENT made this .y day of �L4 e , 1989, by and <br />between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political su v s on of the State of <br />Florida, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960, (County), and <br />Anthony Oliver,.185 14th Avenue, Vero Beach, FL, 32962, (Owner), <br />_WITNESSET-HI <br />WHEREAS, the Owner wishes to have a water line extended to <br />serve his property at 185 14th Avenues <br />WHEREASi the County is constructing this line to serve the <br />owner has <br />agreed to be directly utilizedSeforthe <br />the <br />County <br />Owner's <br />water services= <br />NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the premises and <br />other good 'and valuable consideration, the County and the Owner <br />agree as follows: <br />1. The -County shall construct the necessary <br />water line to serve the subject property <br />and surrounding area. The Owner agrees to <br />reimburse the County for construction costs <br />as outlined below: <br />.TEM TOTAL REIMBURSEMENT <br />Water Main $1,920.00 <br />2.
