R I�� VO{ s ,y <br />GOOK 77 r '_, <br />After further discussion, Commissioner Bird stated that he <br />would feel relatively comfortable with approving filing of the <br />Maintenance Map. <br />Commissioner Scurlock offered a Motion to authorize staff to <br />file the map, but it was noted that Cormnissioners Bowman and <br />Eggert had already offered that Motion at the beginning of this <br />discussion. <br />Commissioner Bowman wished to reword her Motion in regard to <br />protecting all our rights, and Commissioner Scurlock wished to <br />add a provision for further research, but the Chairman felt that <br />should be handled in a separate Motion. <br />Commissioner Bowman restated her Motion as follows: <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bowman, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Eggert, the Board unanimously approved <br />staff's recommendation and authorized staff to file <br />the Maintenance Map on North Jungle Trail and add <br />language stating that by so doing we are not divest- <br />ing ourselves of any additional claims. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously directed <br />staff to do some additional research, including the <br />records in St. Lucie County, on our possible legal <br />rights to a 50' R/W, at a cost not to exceed $5,000. <br />ORCHID ISLAND ASSOCIATES PROPOSAL TO CONCURRENTLY ABANDON AND RE- <br />ALIGN A PORTION OF JUNGLE TRAIL <br />The hour of 9:05 o'clock A.M. having passed, the Deputy <br />Clerk read the following Notice with Proof of Publication <br />attached, to -wit: <br />24 <br />
