Attorney Doty felt the <br />point of this letter is that at this point there is insufficient <br />record evidence on which to base a realignment. He disagreed <br />with staff's interpretation of the same letter. <br />Planner Boling wished to point out that in his letter Dr. <br />Adams had said that there is not sufficient "experience" in <br />Florida with listings of this kind, and he did not know that <br />necessarily means evidence. <br />Commissioner Eggert inquired if Dr. Adams was aware there <br />were previous alignments, and Planner Boling did not believe so. <br />Attorney Doty again did not believe there is documented <br />evidence of previous realignments.
