J U L 111989 <br />4. <br />5. <br />non 77 F1rj i.11 <br />You must attach the proof of publication of the petition <br />for vacation to the petition. <br />Certificates showing that all state and county taxes <br />have been paid must be provided. <br />The applicant has submitted all of the above information which has <br />been reviewed and approved by the County Attorney's office. <br />Thus, all state requirements concerning plat vacation have been <br />met, therefore County staff has no objections to the requested <br />vacation. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners adopt the <br />attached resolution vacating lots 17-24, 25-30, and 31-42 of the <br />Village Walk plat as recorded in Plat Book 12 page 87. <br />Chairman Wheeler opened the Public Hearing, and asked if <br />anyone wished to be heard. There being none, he closed the <br />Public Hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 89-69, vacating lots 17-24, 25-30, and 31-42 <br />of the Village Walk plat, as recorded in Plat Book 12 <br />page 87. <br />12 <br />
