All water to be removed from existing ditch by others at no <br />cost to R.W. Summers. <br />When required all paving and utilities relocation, to be <br />furnished by others at no cost to R.W. SUMMERS. <br />PAYMENT TERMS: Net 15 days. Eighteen (18) percent annual <br />interest (1-1/2% per month) will be charged on all past due <br />invoices. Collection service and/or attorney fees, if necessary, <br />to be paid by customer. <br />Our proposal is based on provision of insurance coverage and <br />limits per attached Exhibit "A". <br />We are prepared to commence work within fourteen (14) <br />calendar days after receipt of a fully executed contract or <br />purchase order. <br />.
