Reimbursement shall be from 50% of all impact fees collected from <br />Sylvan Lakes Subdivision and surrounding properties who connect to <br />the portion of the water system during the first five years after <br />acceptance of the subject construction by Indian River County. This <br />amount shall not exceed the above -stated amount. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Department of Utility Services recommends that the Board of <br />County Commissioners approve the attached Developer's Agreement with <br />H.K.Z. Development Corporation. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously approved <br />staff's recommendation as set out in the above memo. <br />DEVELOPERS AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE <br />ACQUISITION OF COMPUTER MODELING SYSTEM FOR THE COUNTY'S WATER <br />DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 7/11/89: <br />DATE: JULY 11, 1989 <br />TO: JAMES E. MCCAI <br />CAPITAL PROJECTS <br />DEPARTMENT OF UTIL TY SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: ACQUISITION OF COMPUTER MODELING SYSTEM FOR THE <br />COUNTY'S WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM <br />BACKGROUND: <br />As a result of the Water Master Plan that is being done by Boyle <br />Engineering, they had to generate a computer model (Boyle Net) to <br />simulate the water distribution system at various stages of <br />development (i.e., 1990, 2005, etc.).
