Development Corporation, Owner and Developer of Sylvan Lakes <br />Subdivision (formerly known as Twin Lakes) has oversized a water <br />line on 41st Street, west of Kings Highway, to serve the subject <br />project and surrounding area. <br />ANALYSIS• <br />The development required 990 feet of 6 inch diameter water main. <br />The County Master Plan requires a 16 inch water main. The County <br />wishes to compensate H.K.Z. Development Corporation for oversizing <br />the line in the standard amount of $2.00 per inch of oversizing, per <br />foot,of line oversized. This amounts to $19,800.00. <br />56 <br />
