Hurst <br />2358 Vero.Beach Avenue <br />Post Office Box 1415 <br />Vero Beach, FL 32961-1415, <br />SUBJECT: LOTS 1, 2, 8 3, BLOCK 28 <br />Dear Mr. Hurst: <br />Indian River County is interested In buying three lots owned <br />by you to the west of the downtown Vero Beach Baptist <br />Church. The property would be used by the County for <br />locating library or courthouse facilities in the downtown <br />area, and is part of the County's plan for acquiring <br />certain properties in the six block area bounded by 23rd <br />Street on the north, 17th Avenue on the west, 21st Street on <br />the south, and 14th Avenue on the east. <br />By the Board of County Commissioner's ratification of this <br />Fetter given at the July 25, 1989 meeting of the Board of <br />County Commissioners, the Board has authorized the County <br />Attorney's Office to acquire the property by eminent domain <br />If necessary. <br />I would appreciate it if you would contact me to discuss <br />this purchase.
