McCoy AA <br />Staff Planner, Current Development <br />DATE: July 31, 1989 <br />SUBJECT: INDIAN RIVER COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY'S REQUEST FOR <br />FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR 40TH AVENUE <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of August 8, 1989. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The 40th Avenue road plat establishes the. right-of-way for 40th <br />Avenue, which was constructed in conjunction with Phase I of the <br />Victory Park housing project. Fortieth Avenue now provides a link <br />from 45th Street to 49th Street and serves as access to Phase I <br />and Phase II (under construction) of Victory Park. Currently, the <br />40th Avenue extension is an unplatted right-of-way. Although a <br />deed has been executed to provide for right of way, the alignment <br />of the 40th Avenue extension has not been legally described and <br />AUG 0 M9 <br />
