US-8725SC <br />BACKGROUND <br />During the review of the North County Wastewater Treatment Plant <br />(WWTP) design, the Department of Utility Services' staff had major <br />design changes which they wanted incorporated into the project to <br />utilize current state-of-the-art equipment and improved operating <br />;'•.procedures.
