Authorize Necessary Amendments for Balancing 1988/89 Budget <br />The Board reviewed memo from OMB Director Baird: <br />TO: Members of the Board <br />of County Commissioners <br />DATE: August 9, 1988 <br />SUBJECT: AUTHORIZE THE MANAGEMENT AND <br />BUDGET DIRECTOR TO DO THE <br />NECESSARY AMENDMENTS FOR <br />BALANCING THE BUDGET FOR THE <br />1988\89 FISCAL YEAR <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />FROM: Joseph A. Baird <br />OMB Director <br />The 1988/89 fiscal year ends September 30, 1989. To be in proper <br />compliance all budget amendments must be done prior to the close <br />of the fiscal year. <br />I would like the Board of County Commissioners to authorize the <br />Management and Budget Director to do the necessary budget <br />amendments for balancing the budget for the 1988/89 fiscal year. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Eggert, the Board unanimously authorized the <br />OMB Director to do the necessary budget amendments for <br />balancing the budget <br />AUG 1 1989 <br />for the 1988/89 FY. <br />
