OBJECTIVE 3 IMPACT OF DEVELOPMENT IN OTHER JURISDICTIONS <br />By 1991, the county will establish a coordination mechanism with <br />municipalities, and adjacent counties to ensure that development <br />in one jurisdiction does not adversely affect the adequacy of <br />public facilities and services in other jurisdictions. <br />- NO COMMENT <br />**** END OF INTERGOVERNMENTAL COORDINATION ELEMENT ***** <br />(End of Review of COMP PLAN), <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Commis- <br />sioner Bird, the Board unanimously.adopted Resolution <br />89-82 approving the Evaluation and Appraisal Report <br />of the 1982 Comprehensive Plan. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-_ 2 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING THE EVALUATION AND <br />APPRAISAL REPORT OF THE 1982 <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN . <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provision in Chapter 163, <br />Section 163.3191, Florida Statutes, the Local Planning <br />Agency has prepared a report evaluating and appraising the <br />1982 Indian.River County Comprehensive Plan, and <br />WHEREAS, the Local Plan Agency has recommended <br />sending said evaluation and appraisal of 1982 Comprehensive <br />Pian to the governing body for transmittal to the State <br />Planning Agency, and / <br />WHEREAS, the Local Planning Agency held on August <br />10, 1989, a public hearing duly advertised, on the <br />evaluation and appraisal report at which time they assessed <br />and evaluated the successes and failures of the 1982 <br />Comprehensive Plan and suggested that changes needed to <br />address defiencies in the Comprehensive Plan were addressed <br />in the recommended Comprehensive Plan in compliance with the <br />requirements of F.S. 163.3177, and <br />67 � Q� <br />AUG 2 3 W`9 BOCK. <br />
