Director Wright informed the Board that this company has its <br />own disposal sites, which is one reason we want to contract with <br />them. <br />Questions ensued as to how this material came to be at this <br />site, how it was transported there, and by whom, and all Director <br />Wright could say is that it has been determined that it was not <br />coming from an on-site source (i.e., the old Stump Dump) and it <br />apparently was done by "persons unknown." <br />County Attorney Vitunac noted that it is legal for the <br />County to offer a reward for information. <br />Commissioner Scurlock was dubious regarding offering a <br />reward, but Chairman Wheeler stated that he would be in favor of <br />a reward if there were any chance of finding out who did this and <br />we can recoup the expenses involved. <br />Commissioner Eggert expressed her support of offering a <br />reward. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bird, the Board unanimously authorized <br />offering a $1,000 reward for information leading <br />to the arrest and conviction of the guilty parties. <br />COUNTY COURTHOUSE O UDICIAL COMPLEX MASTER PLAN CONSULTANT <br />CONTRACT <br />The Board reviewed memo from General Services Director Dean: <br />27 <br />
