<br />Road and Bridge Divisions. Based upon their reviews, there were
<br />no objections to the release of the common seven and one-half (7D
<br />side lot utility easements of Lots 17 and 18, Unit 4, A Replat of
<br />a Portion of Bent Pine Subdivision Unit 3 and 4.
<br />RECOMMENDATION:
<br />Staff recommends to the Board, through the adoption of a resolu-
<br />tion, the release of the common seven and one-half (7}) foot side
<br />lot utility easements of Lots 17 and 18, Unit 4, A Replat of Bent
<br />Pine Subdivision Unit 3 and Unit 4, according to the plat thereof,
<br />as recorded in plat Book 11, Pages 9, 9A, & 9B, of the Public
<br />Records of Indian River County, Florida.
<br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by Com-
<br />missioner Eggert, the Board unanimously adopted
<br />Resolution 89-126 releasing the common 71' side lot
<br />utility easements of Lots 17 & 18, Replat of Bent
<br />Pine Subdv. Unit 3 and 4, as requested by Thomas
<br />Byrne, III, and Suzanne Sabannas-Byrne.

<br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
<br />ABANDONING CERTAIN EASEMENTS on Lot 18 and the
<br />south one-half of Lot 17, in the Replat of a
<br />Portion of Bent Pine Subdivision Unit 3 and Unit 4,
<br />according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat
<br />Book 11, Pages 9, 9A, & 9B, of the Public Records
<br />of Indian River County, Florida.
<br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described
<br />below, and
<br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no public
<br />purpose;,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County

<br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County,
<br />Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose
<br />mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960,
<br />Grantor, to Thomas F. Byrne, III and Suzanne T. Sabannas-Byrne,
<br />his wife, their successors in interest, heirs and assigns, whose
<br />mailing address is 5830 Bent Pine Drive, Vero Beach, Florida 32967
