SABANNAS-BYRNE <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their <br />regular meeting of September 19, 1989. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The County has been petitioned by Thomas F. Byrne, III, and <br />Suzanne T. Sabannas-Byrne, his wife, owners of the subject proper- <br />ty, for the release of the common seven and one-half (7}) foot <br />side lot utility easements of Lot 17 and Lot 18, Unit 4, A Replat <br />of a Portion of Bent Pine Subdivision Unit 3 and Unit 4, according <br />to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 9, 9A, & <br />9B, of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida; being <br />the southeasterly seven and one-half (7}) feet of Lot 17, and the <br />northwesterly seven and one-half(71) feet of Lot 18. It is the <br />petitioners' intention to consolidate these lots as one parcel for <br />future expansion of their residence. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS: <br />The request has been reviewed by Southern Bell Telephone Company, <br />Florida Power and Light Company, Florida Cablevision Corporation, <br />and the Indian River County Utilities Department, Engineering and <br />8 <br />
