M <br />Jail project. There shall also be a sixty day operational <br />verification of the above -stated system. <br />6. On the 61st day after verification phase <br />begins and if the System is accepted, the remainder of the <br />contracted price shall be paid, i.e., $173,136.50. <br />7. CONTRACTOR shall provide a 100% Performance <br />Bond, payable to COUNTY. <br />8. The work outlined in this contract shall be <br />completed within 90 days after written notice to proceed. <br />9. WARRANTY: CONTRACTOR shall warranty the <br />equipment and Installation for a period of one year after <br />final acceptance. <br />10. INSURANCE: <br />A. CONTRACTOR shall procure and maintain for <br />the duration of the contract, insurance against claims for <br />Injuries to persons or damages to property which may arise <br />from or in,connection with the performance of the work <br />hereunder by the CONTRACTOR, his agents, representatives, <br />employees, or subcontractors. - <br />B. Minimum Scope of Insurance: <br />(1) Workers' Compensation as required by <br />the State of Florida and Employer's Liability of $100,000 <br />each accident, $500,000 disease (policy limit), $100,000 <br />disease, each employee. <br />(ii) General liability $1,000,000 <br />combined single limit per accident for bodily injury and <br />v <br />property damage. <br />(iii) Auto liability $500,000 combined <br />single limit per accident for bodily injury and property <br />damage for owned and nonowned vehicles. <br />C. CONTRACTOR's insurance coverage shall be <br />primary. <br />D. All above insurance policies shall be <br />placed with insurance carriers with a Best's rating of no <br />35 <br />3 E P °1989 BooK 77 <br />� I <br />
