BOOK .77 F <br />,F106 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the <br />premises and other good and valuable consideration, the <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, COUNTY and <br />CONTRACTOR agree as follows: <br />1. CONTRACTOR shall perform security engineering <br />services for the Control System at Indian River County Jail <br />6° <br />Phase II, and in particular, shall replace the locking <br />Intercom controls consisting of the following: <br />A. All graphics control panels <br />B. All locking controls <br />C. All intercom controls <br />D. All TV controls <br />E. All lighting controls <br />F. All fire alarm annunciation <br />G. All fire controls presently on console <br />H. Nine (9) CCN cameras <br />I. Nine (9) 9" CCN monitors <br />J. Two (2) pan/tilt units <br />K. Two (2) pan/tilt/zoom lens controllers <br />2. CONTRACTOR shall use all existing conduit, <br />speakers, intercoms, staff stations, all wiring for locking <br />Intercom and CCN systems. CONTRACTOR will also use <br />existing console units, terrent relay cabinet and present <br />lighting relay contractors. <br />3. CONTRACTOR will meet the intent and <br />specifications for all equipment that was originally <br />i specified for the Phase II Control System. <br />4. At substantial completion, COUNTY shall remit <br />to CONTRACTOR the sum of ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-THREE THOUSAND <br />ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX AND 50/100 DOLLARS ($173,136.50), <br />one-half of the contracted price. <br />5. CONTRACTOR shall include all engineering cost <br />in the lump sum of contract. CONTRACTOR agrees to install a <br />Complete Working System for the Indian River County Phase 11 <br />34 <br />
