�3P L6 4,989 <br />BOOK <br />clerks shall turn over said funds so collected, at the end <br />of each month, to the board of trustees herein established; <br />provided, however, that said board of trustees may, from <br />time to time, as the circumstances require, determine, by <br />resolution at any regular meeting, that the sums as <br />hereinabove provided are not required for the proper <br />operation and maintenance of said law library, and may <br />direct the clerks to collect any lesser amount, until such <br />time as said board, by similar resolution, may deem it <br />necessary to collect any larger amount, not exceeding the <br />sums herein provided. <br />SECTION 2. <br />Conflicting Provisions. <br />In case of a conflict between the provisions of <br />this ordinance and prior ordinances, the prior ordinance <br />shall be deemed repealed to the extent of such conflict. <br />SECTION 3. <br />Severability. <br />If any section, or if any sentence, paragraph, <br />phrase, or word of this ordinance is for any reason held to <br />be unconstitutional, Inoperative, or void, such holding <br />shall not affect the remaining portions of this ordinance, <br />and it shall be construed to have been the legislative <br />intent to pass the ordinance without such unconstitutional, <br />invalid or inoperative part. <br />SECTION 4. <br />Incorporation in Code. <br />This ordinance shall be incorporated into the Code <br />of Ordinances of Indian River County and the word <br />"ordinance" may be changed to "section", "article", or other <br />appropriate word and the sections of this ordinance may be <br />renumbered or relettered to accomplish such purposes. <br />21 <br />
